Fetomaternal Outcome in Morbidly Adherent Placenta

Aim: To determine the fetomaternal outcome in morbidly adherent placenta Study design: Cross-sectional study. Place and duration of study: Department Obstetrics & Gynecology, Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad from 1st January 2022 to 30th June 2022. Methodology: Forty five females were enrolled. Considering fetal outcome, growth retardation, pre-term birth 66.7%, neonatal ICU admission 31.1% cases, respiratory distress 6.7% perinatal sepsis 11.1% intra uterine death 8.9% Conclusion: Morbidly found be a significant cause adverse maternal outcome.
